The manager's reaction to a broken key was outrageous. We felt uncomfortable due to his hostile attitude. Plus, the cleanliness issues with the bathroom.

I faced confusion when the owner insisted I eat dinner in my room despite previously indicating my preference to dine in the dining area. It felt quite uncomfortable.
